Start your morning there with a cappuccino, in full view of the rose bushes, then return after a spell on rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore for a late lunch (and maybe a catnap in the sun).

Nothing says romance quite like a three-Michelin-starred meal at Epicure. Under the stewardship of chef Eric Frechon, a simple Valentine's Day dinner becomes an elegant, six-course gastronomic experience. Of special note are the artichoke soup with pan-seared foie gras and black truffle emulsion, and the baked Alaska flambéed with Grand Marnier.

Another necessary indulgence? An 85-minute caviar massage at the acclaimed La Prairie spa. Though there are just eight treatment rooms, you'll want to upgrade to the private couples' suite if you want to stick together. When you've wrapped that up, try out the high-heat Russian Banïya—love is also about being adventurous, right?

Le Bristol's indoor rooftop pool is something of a hidden treasure—and the views over Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower make it doubly so. Head up for an early morning swim, when the light is at its best, or a late-night splash when you can take in the twinkling of the world's most famous landmark.
